Bruns Building was founded in 1951 by Robert E. Bruns of rural Saint Henry, Ohio. The initial focus of our company was residential remodeling and new construction. Through the years, the company grew under the leadership of our founder and soon entered the commercial construction market. Bruns Building became a leader in commercial and industrial construction and excavation services. We built a reputation of quality, customer service and a commitment to our clients and the communities in which we work.

All of Bob and Florence’s children are active in the company today, as are many in-laws and grandchildren. Rounding out the rest of the Bruns Building team are experienced and dedicated associates, all members of the Bruns Building family. Bob Bruns is now enjoying partial retirement but his guidance is still important to all Bruns associates. Bob’s advice and personal motto remains the same today as 50-plus years ago: work hard, be fair.
